Senior Software Developer
The individual will be part of a very tightly integrated software development and delivery team reporting to the Product Owner, Project Managers and Directors.
The individual will be given the chance to be involved throughout all processes of the development life cycle, with the Company having a strong focus on ensuring all individuals have an input through every step.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a full stack developer with proven experience. The individual should be comfortable in attending meetings, capturing scope requirements with defined business outcomes and designing and delivering the product functions. We are looking for someone who is self-driven and highly motivated to succeed, with an interest in cutting-edge technology.
The individual will ideally have 5 years’ experience performing in a similar role but we will consider candidates with 2+ years who have an excellent match of skill sets and ambitions.
Experience and knowledge of big data, Machine Learning and AI would be preferred. This is a growth area within our product and features heavily across our 2021 Road Map.

Our main office is now based in the grounds of Alderley Park, Cheshire. Alderley Park is a business park focused on innovation and technology and has just under-gone a multi-million-pound modernisation. It features on-site car parking with easily accessible routes from many areas, including free shuttle bus travel from Alderley Edge and Macclesfield. Furthermore, it has onsite leisure facilities including an indoor gym, outdoor 6-a-side football pitch and tennis courts, alongside many countryside walks. Finally, there is an on-site cafeteria and pub close by.
We work an 8 hour day Monday to Friday. The start time is flexible between the hours of 08:30am and 9:15am. Lunch breaks are un-paid and employees can take between 30 minutes to an hour. Remote working is considered when work packages are clearly defined and there are no dependencies on others.
Salary would be dependent upon experience and the candidate. This will be discussed during your interview.
- For most of the year, employees work 4.5 days, with the additional half day being granted to cover personal commitments.
- Holidays are 20 days plus bank holidays. Increases to 25 after 4 years continuous employment.
- Pension Scheme which commences after three months.
- Team Lunch / Evening out once a month to socialise outside of working hours.
