We have considerable experience and a proven track record of success leading large and complex multi-million dollar programmes of works, from inception up to delivery, hand over and post launch support. We have the skills and capability to drive and deliver the strategic technology & process aspirations of a client, whilst maintaining the day-to-day operations of the business.
Our Associates have the ability to lead large teams of people through change, communicating and presenting effectively at the highest board level with Chief Executives and their colleagues, but also with engaging the end user who is typically at the sharp end. Our philosophy is one of inclusion at all levels of the business.
We adopt standard APM or PRINCE-2 project management methodologies and are able to adapt to other preferred practises where clients require this to be the case. We do adopt a flexible and pragmatic approach, which has been welcomed by Clients during difficult periods of the programme.
We pride ourselves on delivery on time, on budget and to specification with quality.
The majority of our Associates are qualified project managers, so understand the need to deliver on time, on budget and to requirements including the importance of communication and reporting.
We have been involved with and have the skills to resource, accelerate, or turn around a critical or failing project.
We typically use our own templates and tools to manage projects, but are equally able to use those requested by the Client. All of the Three Media Project Managers have experience in collating, writing and presenting documentation for Board review.
